Title:
HIGHLY-ACCURATE TORQUE MEASURING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3831841
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly-accurate torque measuring device having a simple structure.
SOLUTION: One end of a torsion bar 2 twisted according to the steering degree is bonded with one end of an input shaft 1, and the other end of the torsion bar 2 is bonded with the other end of an output shaft 3. The other end of the input shaft 1 is bonded with a steering wheel, and one end of the output shaft 3 is bonded with the wheel side. A rotor of a first resolver R1 comprising the rotor equipped with a resolver excitation winding 6 and a stator equipped with a resolver output winding 5 is fixed on the input shaft 1 having one end bonded with the steering wheel. A rotor of a second resolver R2 comprising the rotor equipped with the resolver excitation winding 6 and a stator equipped with the resolver output winding 5 is fixed on the output shaft 3 having the other end bonded with the wheel side. The output shaft 3 and the input shaft 1 are fixed on the torsion bar 2, and the first resolver R1 and the second resolver R2 have an integral structure.
