PURPOSE: To prevent the generation of a gap in a door or the like by connecting a fixed side plate and a movable side plate through a link and a pivot, and composing them so as to rotate up to a fixed angle and to move about horizontally on the final stage.

CONSTITUTION: When a waterproofing door 1 is closed, a jack 17 is elongated to pivotally move the door 1 attached to the fixing base 22a of the movable side plate 22 of a hinge 18. Next, the plate 22 moves pivotally centering around a middle pivot 23 as it is guided by a bent guide groove 26 and a guide pin 25, and moreover is pivotally moved by a link 21 moving pivotally to the right centering around a lower pivot 20 to rotate the door 1 toward a door frame 4. Next, when the door 1 approachs the final rising pivotal state, the link 21 pivotally moves the plate 22 centering around the lower pivot 20 pivotally attached to a fixed side plate 19. In addition, the door 1 approachs the door frame 4 in an about horizontal state and adheres closely to a seal 4a.
