Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge structure for a back door capable of reducing manufacturing man-hour and cost by reducing size of parts constructing a hinge for a door.
SOLUTION: The hinge for the door comprised of a first and a second hinge parts rotatably attached on an inner panel of the door and a body attachment part and connected to a rotation shaft is comprised of a guide member having a fixing hole for fixing on the first hinge parts with a nut and a bolt formed on a bottom surface and having bent pieces having guide holes pierced formed on the upper and the lower ends, a bracket having a fixing hole pierced on the bottom surface and having bent pieces having connection holes formed on one side ends formed on left and right sides, a first and a second rods of which both side end part curve outside to be inserted in the guide hole of the guide member and the connection hole of the bracket and formed in U shape in the middle parts, a connection member connecting the middle parts of the first and the second parts, and a torsion spring inserted in the end part of the second rod and mounted between the bent pieces of the bracket.
