To provide a holder for welding a washer capable of quickly cooling a high heat state of a welding zone immediately after completion of passing of a welding current for welding the washer by a wind cooling method and giving no thermal bad influence on the rear face of the welding zone of a metal plate for restoration.
The holder 12 for welding the washer has vent holes 12p, 12t which are vent holes for passing air fed from an air pump of a washer welding machine (another figure) and lead the air to an outlet 12q. The washer for welding not shown in the figure hooks a through-hole in a locking groove 12h to be mounted on the holder 12 for welding the washer by being adsorbed on a magnet 12r. When being welded by using the holder 12 for welding the washer, the welding part is quickly cooled with the air by spraying compressed air to a spot welding zone only for a prescribed constant time from the outlet 12q immediately after stopping passing of welding current.
