To provide a structure of a holding apparatus which facilitates the attachment/detachment and is hard to slip off, and can hold a position and a tilted state, while the holding apparatus for holding a holding object has a severe fitting structure such as press fitting as the holding apparatus is made harder to slip off even by an earthquake or impacts, and the attachment/detachment of the holding object without watching the apparatus section has been difficult.

This holding apparatus includes a first holding part (R) and a second holding part (J) in the constitution. In this apparatus, the first holding part (R) has a board piece (Rg) of which the cross section is approximately rectangular. The second holding part (J) has a structure including a locking plate (Js) forming a space in which the board piece (Rg) enters, an end plate (Je) and a protuberance (Jp). The holding apparatus has a structure by which the attachment/detachment cannot be performed unless the holding surface and a holding object are tilted at a set angle () and moved. By the structure, the attachment/detachment can easily be performed, but the holding apparatus is hard to slip off, and the position and the tilted state can be held. In addition, if the holding member is a lock-holding apparatus, the holding apparatus of which the attachment/detachment is easy, and which does not easily slip off can be provided.
