CONSTITUTION: The holding device 1 is provided with a pedestal 2, a holding main device 3 freely slidably attached in a direction A longitudinal to the pedestal 2, a fixing means 4 for the holding main body, which fixes the longitudinal position of the holding main body 3 to the pedestal 2, arm supporting parts 5 and 6 which are arranged on both side of the holding main body 3 and freely slidably attached in a direction B lateral to the holding main body 3, an fixing means 7 for the arm supporting parts, which fixes the lateral position of the arm supporting parts 5 and 6 to the holding main body 3, arms 8 and 9 which are freely slidable attached in directions C back and forth to the arm supporting parts 5 and 6, and arm fixing means 10 and 11 fixing the back and forth position of the arms 8 and 9 to the arm supporting parts 5 and 6.
