Title:
HOLDING MECHANISM OF VALVE ELEMENT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3779408
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a machining work to support a retainer after formation of a support body and to perform reliable positioning of a retainer for a long period. SOLUTION: The other end of a spring 36 having one end engaged with a valve element 34 seating a valve seat 39 slidably fitted in the recess 43 of a piston 17, being a support body, and formed in the bottom of the recess 43 is supported by the main part 37a of a retainer 37 having a claw part 37a elastically deformed and fitted in grooves 46 and 46 radially formed in the opening end of the recess 43. The groove widths of the grooves 46 and 46 have the bottom 47 side larger than the opening side through a stepped part 48 and are formed together with the piston 17. Further, assembly of the retainer 37 is facilitated and a fluctuation is prevented from occurring to a position relation between the retainer 37 and the recess 43. This constitution holds the valve element 34 in a state to keep the energization force of the spring 36 at a constantly specified value.
