PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holding structure of a power collecting and distributing member capable of reducing the manufacturing cost, and to provide an electric motor and a method of manufacturing the electric motor.SOLUTION: In a holding structure for holding first through fourth annular bus rings 41-44, for collecting and distributing a current to a wiring 32, on a stator 3 including a plurality of cores 31 arranged annularly, a winding 32 wound around the plurality of cores 31, respectively, and an insulator 33 insulating between the core 31 and winding 32, a holding section 33a for holding the first through fourth bus rings 41-44 is formed in the insulator 33, and the first through fourth bus rings 41-44 are held in the holding section 33a.
