Abstract:
To provide a hollow piston providing a necessary strength even if a through hole for reducing weight is made in a head part.
In a hollow piston 13 having a hollow part in a head part 135 and a through hole 136 for reducing weight made in the head part 135, a rib 137 is provided around a periphery of the through hole 136 to increase a strength of the periphery of the through hole 136.
