Abstract:
To achieve a technique capable of reducing the color bleeding by bringing a generation position and a generation size of a latent image of each wavelength included in the incident light close to each other in a hologram element for displaying the latent image by diffracting the incident light from a point light source to the incident surface.SOLUTION: A direction orthogonal to an incident surface 11 is defined as a depth direction D, a side on which the viewpoint 4 of an observer is arranged with respect to the incident surface 11 in the depth direction D is defined as the front side D1, the side opposite to the front side D1 in the depth direction D is defined as the depth side D2, and the length in the depth direction D between the incident surface 11 and the point light source 1 is defined as the target length L, then, a holographic element 10 generates a latent image 21 at a position which is on the depth side D2 with respect to the incident surface 11 and whose distance along the depth direction D from the incident surface 11 is the set distance ω+ which is less than the target distance L.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
