PURPOSE: To execute a strong and stable mounting of a belt by fitting the projecting part of a hook device into the hole part of the belt tip, covering the surface of the belt with a hook cover and fitting and fixing a shaft part through a flange part to the bearing of the hook device.

CONSTITUTION: The two pairs of bearing holes 3 and 4 are provided in both edges of a hook device 1, which has a belt inserting part 2, with being faced each other. A projecting part 5 is set with being over the hook device 1 in the center of the device 5. With a hook cover 6, a shaft part 7, which is almost U-shaped, in both central edges is supported to a bearing part 4. A flange part 8 is provided in both released parts of this hook cover 6. A shaft part 9, which is provided in a tip from this flange part 8, can be engaged to a bearing hole 3. Namely, a belt 10 is inserted from the inserting part 2 to the device 1 and mounted to the hook of an electronic equipment. After that, the belt is inserted again to the device 1. At such a time, a hole part 11 of the belt 10 and the projecting part 5 are fitted and the surface of the belt 10 is covered with the hook cover 6. Then, a shaft part 9 is fitted and fixed through the flange part 8 to the bearing hole 3.
