Abstract:
To provide a lateral medium agitation type crusher which prevents interference with a flow of powder as much as possible and does not lower a restraint force of medium.SOLUTION: A lateral medium agitation type crusher 10 includes a raw material supply passage 22 communicated with a raw material supply part 15, a raw material discharge passage 23, a coarse grain recirculation passage 50 and a classifier storage chamber 32 which is arranged on the upper side of a crushing tank 14 and allows an upper part of the raw material discharge part 15 and an upper part of the coarse grain recirculation passage 50 to be communicated. Therein, the classifier 40 is arranged with a rotation shaft 34 of a classification rotor laid horizontally in the classifier storage chamber 32 so that the classification rotor 42 gets to the neighborhood of an inlet part of the coarse grain recirculation passage 50, and a carrier gas supply passage 52 which actuates raw material from the raw material supply passage 22 and coarse grains from the coarse grain recirculation passage 50, promotes transfer to the raw material discharge part 16 side of them and supplies carrier gas for performing agitation so that the coarse grains which are not classified by the classifier 40 and remain in a device, of crushed raw material return to the crushing tank 14 via the coarse grain recirculation passage 50 is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
