CONSTITUTION: In the rotary shaft 22 of a horizontal full revolution shuttle 20, a recessed groove 31 which is continuous to an accommodation hole 28 below a guide surface 28a, extends over a lubricating oil feeding hole 33 and inclines outward in the radial direction in the upper part is formed. When the horizontal perfect revolution shuttle 20 is rotatively driven, lubricating oil flows into the recessed groove 31, before the reach at a passage 30, and is supplied into an orbital groove 21a through a feeding hole 33, and the lubricating oil can surely be supplied into the orbital groove 21a.
