To let lubricant be stably and sufficiently fed to the sliding surface between a stationary and a movable scroll by way of a lubricant resupplying unit by preventing lubricant stored in a refrigerant discharge space from being ruffled caused by refrigerant discharged out of a discharge port.
In this compressor, a refrigerant blow-off prevention cup 50 is provided so as to let a discharge port the covered. And the refrigerant blow- off prevention cup 50 is provided with a refrigerant passing port 51 through which refrigerant passes, and with a lubricant outflow port 52 through which let lubricant 18 in the inside of the refrigerant blow-off prevention cup 50 flow out. And refrigerant discharged out of the discharge port 16 is prevented from being blown off directly against lubricant stored in the bottom part of the refrigerant discharge space 6 so as to allow the lubricant 18 to be stably fed to a lubricant resupplying unit 32, so that the sufficient lubricant 18 can be fed again stably to the silicon surface between a stationary and a movable scroll 1 and 2.
