An air compressor 41 is driven by an engine 40, the compresssed air generated by the air compressor 41 is stored in a high pressure gas storage device 30, a discharge port of each high pressure gas storage device 30 is connected with at least one rotary cylinder, and a rotation shaft in each rotary cylinder is provided in the interlocking relationship with each wheel shaft.
