To easily and quickly complete the assembling process of a hose clamp without adding any changes to the complete round shape of a wire clamp by expanding a gap between the two wire clamps placed in parallel and fixing a cylindrical nut in a nut hooking part from the gap.
A hose clamp is constructed in such a manner that a stopper hooking part 3 is formed in one end 2a of a cylindrically bent wire clamp 2, and a nut hooking part 6 is formed in the other end 2b thereof. Then, from between the two wire clamps 2 constituting the nut hooking part 3, a columnar nut 5 having flange parts 5a in both end surface is hooked, the parts 5a having outer diameters shorter than that of a nut main body, the tip part of a screw stick 7 screwed into the columnar nut 5 is engaged with and held by a stopper 4 hooked on the stopper hooking part 3, and both ends 2a and 2b of the wire clamps 2 are separated from each other or brought into contact with each other.
