To provide a die device capable of executing the consistent hot precision die forging without forming any looseness in the integrated fastening condition in a heating step of the die by integrating at least the die, a heat insulation plate, and a die plate, and to provide a method for fastening the die device.
In a hot forging die device, an upper die 1, a lower die 2, die supporting members 3a, 4a, and base plates 7, 8 are integrated by a fastening means 12 consisting of a tie rod 10 or a bolt and a nut 11. A plurality of coned disk springs 14 are inserted in series or in parallel and interposed on both end sides of the tie rod 10 or the bolt. Interposition of the coned disk springs 14 which are elastic members can allow the coned disk springs 14 to be deflected when being integrated by the fastening means 12 at normal temperature, and any looseness of the fastening condition in the heating step of the die can be prevented by the restoring force thereof.
