Abstract:
To provide a miniaturized hot molding cooling apparatus for cooling in a short cooling time rice hot molded and put in a lunch box.
This hot molding cooling apparatus has an air supply part supplying air, a lunch conveying part 28 conveying lunch boxes and nozzles 26 inserted into rice in the lunch boxes conveyed on the lunch conveying part 28 and blowing air supplied from the air supply part into the inside of the rice.
