Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate demolding of a press-molded article by eliminating sticking of the article after molding to a molding tool while overall lessening the clearance between a plate material and a molding face to suppress uneven cooling of the plate material caused by the molding tool.SOLUTION: A hot press molding device is characterized by pressing a first sidewall outer surface molding tool 33 to a plate material in a mold closing state by moving to approach a sidewall inner surface molding face 20b of a lower mold 20 from a lateral side accompanying a mold closing operation, and by moving the first sidewall outer surface molding tool 33 to depart from the sidewall inner surface molding face 20b of the lower mold 20 to the lateral side accompanying a mold opening operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
