Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot rolling equipment train and rolling method of hot rolled steel strips by which the securement of finished temp. by rolling and prevention of surface defects such as scale-like scale defects are compatible.
SOLUTION: A roughing mill 1 for making a slab into a rough bar by rough rolling, a group of finishing mills 4 for making the bar into a hot rolled steel strip by finish rolling and solenoid type induction heating devices 6 for heating a material to be rolled over the entire in the width direction between a finishing mill 4 and other finishing mill 4 are provided.
