PURPOSE: To reduce the apparatus installation space and to rationalize the manufacturing and commodity circulation step by providing a hot water storage tank unit at the lower part of the water heater and a warm water heating unit at the upper part thereof, connecting these units to each other, and connecting water pipelines of both units and electric wiring thereof.
CONSTITUTION: In a heating system for feeding water through a water feed pipe 3 and feeding hot water through a hot water feed pipe 5, water within a hot water storage tank 2 is circulated from the lower part of the tank 2 to a heat exchanger 8 by means of a circulating pump 7 via a pipeline 4, and hot water heating by a burner 9 is returned to the upper part of the hot water storage tank 2 via a pipeline 6. The hot water storage tank unit and the heating part unit are constructed independently. By providing the heating part unit at the upper part of the hot water storage tank unit, saving of the space is realized by the installation space of only the hot water storage tank. By forming the hot water storage part and the heating part into various function units, it is possible to immediately meet various market demands and to attempt to realize rationalization of the circulation step.
