A house 1 includes: continuous three floors, a lower floor, an intermediate floor and an upper floor; first stairs connecting the lower floor and the intermediate floor; and second stairs connecting the intermediate floor and the upper floor. The house 1 also has exclusive spaces for different families on the lower floor and the upper floor and a common space where a plurality of families can commonly use on the intermediate floor. The common space is arranged in series between the first stairs and the second stairs and has a lounge space and a dining space which are communicated with each other. The dining space is arranged next to the lounge space at a side of the second stairs. A dining table is positioned at a center of the dining space. A distance between both side walls in the dining space is not more than a predetermined length.
