PURPOSE: To enhance operability by erecting a load carrying platform on a turning frame and let a self-propelled carrier car to run in parallel to a beam of a rack and deliver a load carrying platform chassis into the rack and rest the chassis on an arm while holding and then moving slightly on both ways of the self-propelled carrier car and ceding from there and standing the load carrying platform on the rack.

CONSTITUTION: A lift frame of a self-propelled convey car 7 is moved up and a load carrying platform 1 is lifted and a turning frame is turned, thereby erecting the load carrying platform chassis. The self-propelled carrier car 7 is adapted to run along a traveling passage A near a beam 57 and carried to an empty arm 58. A fine adjustment is made so that the arm 58 may be positioned between a vertical pass material of the load carrying platform chassis, thereby halting the movement of the self-propelled convey car 7 and returning the turning frame to the original position. A shift cylinder is driven so that a projected part 59 may come in contact with the horizontal beam, thereby lowering the lift frame and grounding the rear end of the load carrying platform chassis 1. After a movable claw is opened and a spacing of a holding device is opened, the shift cylinder is driven in the opposite direction, thereby moving the shaft cylinder so as to take shelter and leaving a holding device from the load carrying platform 1 rested on a rack 61 and retarding the self-propelled carrier car 7 and driving away from between the racks 61.
