To provide a housing pipe joint with a check part for allowing accurate and easy confirmation that mating faces of circular arc portions of housing bodies adequately abut on each other and construction is correctly completed.

The housing pipe joint 1 includes a plurality of split housing bodies 3 and a fastener 7 consisting of a bolt 8 and a nut 9 for fixing the housing bodies 3. A construction check member 10 is arranged on the bolt 8 at a site between flange portions 5 of both housing bodies 3. The construction check member 10 has an outside cylindrical member 11 and an inside cylindrical member 12, and the outer peripheral face at the front end of the inside cylindrical member 12 is a colored portion 12c colored with fluorescent paint and enters into the outside cylindrical member 11. In the state that a clearance is open between the mating faces 4b of the housing bodies 3, the colored portion 12c of the inside cylindrical member 12 is exposed. The bolt 8 and the nut 9 are fastened to each other until the mating faces 4b abut on each other, and then the colored portion 12c completely enters into a cylindrical portion 11a and disappears from the outside.
