Abstract:
To provide a cooling floor facility capable of adjusting a stop position of a bar steel product while reducing a workload on an operator, and a method for adjusting a bar steel product stop position.SOLUTION: A cooling floor facility including a cooling floor and a conveyance device for conveying a bar steel product to a position adjacent to the cooling floor, the conveyance device including a plurality of conveyance rollers and a brake device including a braking plate and its drive device, includes: a camera for photographing a bar steel product on the conveyance device; and a control device for acquiring position information on the stop position of the bar steel product on the basis of image data obtained by photographing by the camera, and controlling the conveyance device such that a position at which the bar steel product stops approaches a prescribed stop position adjacent to the cooling floor by the action of the brake device on the basis of the acquired position information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
