Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic endoscope apparatus including an imaging device, capable of automatically detecting the tilt of the imaging device relative to an optical axis of an objective optical system.SOLUTION: A solid-state imaging device 120 includes: a plurality of pixels 122 each including a light-receiving part 121 with which a plurality of light-receiving elements are formed, the plurality of light-receiving elements generating pixel signals; and a tilt detection element for detecting the tilt of a light flux incident to a light-receiving plane. The tilt detection element includes: a swing detection part 124 (an X-axis direction tilt detection element group) for detecting the tilt of the light flux, in an X-axis direction that is parallel with the light-receiving plane, relative to a perpendicular of the light-receiving plane; and a tilt detection part 126 (a Y-axis direction tilt detection element group) for detecting the tilt of the light flux, in a Y-axis direction that is parallel with the light-receiving plane and vertical to the X-axis direction, relative to the perpendicular of the light-receiving plane.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
