Abstract:
To provide an internal gear type pump capable of suppressing noise and to provide a tooth profile creation method of an outer rotor of the pump.SOLUTION: A tooth profile of outer rotor is created according to such a method as to make an envelope curve of a tooth profile curve group drawn by rotation of (1/n) times while a center of inner rotor performs one round on a creation circle of a diameter d=(2e+Δe+x) around the center the outer rotor when an eccentricity with an inner rotor is (e), the minimum value of standard of chip clearance on a position which partitions chambers of the maximum volume of the inner rotor and the outer rotor is Δeand the following correction value is x as an elementary tooth profile. Therein, when the maximum value of the standard of the chip clearance is Δeand a center value of Δeand Δeis Δe, the correction value x, is a value which is selected from among numerical values which satisfy relations of Δe<(Δe+x)<Δeand makes the clearance between teeth on a mating part of the teeth of the inner rotor and the outer rotor to be 0 to 0.005 mm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
