Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chocolate confectionary knife which enables a delicate cutting work for a chocolate confectionary by a smart action and provides a beautiful cutting face without damaging forms, and a cutting method for chocolate confectionary using the same.SOLUTION: A technical means is employed which enables a blade body part 1 in a knife body to be formed in a taper over the tip, a main blade part 2 to be formed at the lower edge of this blade body part 1 into a nearly linear tip, while a fine sub blade part 3 to be continuously formed over the grip part 4 side at the taper start position of this main blade part 2, a linear guide groove s to be formed at the top face t of the chocolate confectionary C with the sub blade part 3, and a confectionary skeleton to be sheared from the guide groove s with the main blade part 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
