Abstract:
To provide an electromagnetic diaphragm pump and a method for fixing the same which can, even when two or more vibrators are provided, prevent increase in size of a housing and reduce vibration generated by a movement of the vibrators.SOLUTION: The present invention includes: a vibrator 7 extending in an X-direction with a magnet 6 fixed thereto and provided with diaphragms 8, 8 on both ends thereof; an electromagnet 3 which reciprocately moves the vibrators in the X-direction by attracting and repulsing with respect to the magnet; a power circuit 60 which controls power supply to the electromagnet and moves one and the other of the plurality of vibrators, which are aligned in a Y-direction, in opposite direction to each other; a frame 2 in which at least the vibrator and the electromagnet are stored; and an upper support part 70 and a lower support part 80 for supporting the frame to a cover. The upper and lower support parts extend in a Z-direction and provided on a rotational shaft A of a rotation moment generated by the reciprocate movement of the plurality of vibrators.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
