Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome problem such as flavor where an enzyme treated article of rutin is largely manufactured by an enzyme treatment using rutin purified from plants as a raw material and rutin having different purity or containing impurities such as proteins are commercially distributed, and there is odor or harsh taste derived from the impurities when the enzyme treated article is manufacturing using them.SOLUTION: Flavor of foods containing rutin enzyme treated article or the like can be significantly improved by adding the rutin enzyme treated article having content of proteins of 2 mass% or less and content of lipid of 1 mass% or less to foods, oral pharmaceuticals, oral quasi drugs and cosmetics.SELECTED DRAWING: None
