Abstract:
To provide a method for percutaneous absorption of a hydrophilic drug by using a low molecular gelling agent in order to improve not only a use feeling but also percutaneous absorption properties.SOLUTION: A method for percutaneous absorption of a hydrophilic drug is characterized by using a lipid peptide compound consisting of at least one of a compound represented by the formula (1) and an analogous compound thereof or a pharmaceutically usable salt thereof (in the formula, R1 represents an aliphatic group having 9 to 23 carbon atoms, R2 represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms which may have a branched chain having 1 or 2 carbon atoms, R3 represents a -(CH2)n-X group, n represents a numeral number of 1 to 4, and X represents an amino group, a guanidino group, a -CONH2 group, or a fused heterocycle comprising a 5- or 6-membered ring or 5- and 6-membered rings which may have 1 to 3 nitrogen atoms).SELECTED DRAWING: None
