Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor package that can be continuously used in an extreme environment (a high temperature, a high pressure, a corrosive gas environment) and detect temperature and/or pressure to wirelessly transmit a detection signal.SOLUTION: A sensor package 200 includes: a substrate 214; a temperature sensor 220 installed thereon; a pressure sensor 230; amplifiers 222, 232; wireless transmission devices 240, 242; a power device (a power source) 250; and a capture material (getter material 260) and is surrounded by a housing 210, whose inside is kept at a vacuum state. In addition, the whole is surrounded by an encasement 212 made of a fire-resistant material. A thermal electron element including a thermal electron cathode, an anode, and an electric conductivity layer is used for the sensor, the amplifier, the wireless transmission device, and the power device (power source). The sensor package is used while being exposed to an extreme environment, that is, a temperature of the anode is substantially the same as that of the cathode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
