Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hub unit bearing in which a fitting surface of a seal member is not fitted into a fitting surface of a bearing ring over an entire area in an axial direction, to thereby prevent deterioration of engagement performance and water cutoff performance of the seal member.SOLUTION: A nonmagnetic cap 43 is provided at an end part on an axial inside of an outer ring 1. The nonmagnetic cap 43 includes: a cylindrical part 44 contacting with a first contact part 2 on the axial inside of the outer ring 1; and a nose gasket 50 that is provided at a step part 46 formed with a step from an end part on the axial inside of the cylindrical part 44 through an R-shaped part 45, and contacting with a second contact part 3 on the axial inside of the outer ring 1. The cylindrical part 44 contacts with the first contact part 2 in an area close to an axial outside with respect to a boundary position between the cylindrical part and the R-shaped part 45.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
