Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid control valve capable of determining whether a valve body is beyond a position at which the valve body actually starts opening.SOLUTION: A fluid control valve includes: a valve seat 31; a valve body 32 provided in a contactable/separable manner to the valve seat 31; an actuator 33 configured to move the valve body 32 in a contact/separation direction; a position information detection unit 7 configured to detect a value depending on a relative position of the valve body 32 to the valve seat 31; and a position output unit 42 that regardless of position information obtained by a position information acquisition unit 7 at a position X at which the valve body 32 starts opening, defines the position X as a zero position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
