To provide a hull vibration reducing device capable of preventing a fall in the effect of reducing hull vibration caused by propeller surface force.
A hull vibration reducing device includes a tank 12 arranged in a hull 6 located above a screw propeller 2 to form a stern section 4; openings 35 penetrating a bottom face 34 of the tank 12 in a plate thickness direction to serve for communication between the inside of the tank 12 and the outside of a ship; and an air supply device 11 for forcibly supplying air of predetermined pressure into the tank 12; and a plurality of fins 13 provided along a ship width direction while extending along a bow-stern line and also extending downward from a ship bottom shell plating 6a forming the hull 6, to form an air layer above the screw propeller 2 with bubbles discharged to the outside of the ship through the openings 35.
