Abstract:

To provide an antibody having new epitope-recognizing specificity for attaining the diagnoses, prevention and/or treatments of symptoms caused by Rabies-related viruses.

There is provided a rabies virus-resistant monoclonal antibody or its antigen-binding fragment which can specifically bind to Rabies virus (RV) to neutralize its biological activity and binds to an epitope containing the specific amino acid residue of G protein.
