Abstract:

To control consumption of electric power and consumption of humidifying water.

A test laboratory 12 is heated to a prescribed temperature by controlling motion of a heater 16, and the test laboratory 12 is humidified by naturally evaporating the humidifying water 18 on an evaporation humidifying pan 20 by a temperature of the test laboratory 12. On the other hand, excess evaporated moisture is cooled and condensed by the humidifying water 18, and returned to the humidifying water 18 as water droplet, by controlling the humidifying water 18 to a temperature equal to a dew point temperature lower than the temperature of the test laboratory 12 by controlling motion of a cooler 22, thus the humidity of the test laboratory 12 is adjusted.
