Accordingly, the vibration in the frequency range fc out of the vibration transmitted to a vehicle body from the transmission case can be intensified so as to amplify the vehicle interior noise, thereby restraining the occupant from getting the feeling of strangeness caused by the small vehicle interior noise audible in the interior of the vehicle.
