To provide a hybrid drive device capable of lubricating a wet type torque limiter without increasing the consumption of fuel or electric power.
The hybrid drive device 1 provided with a planetary gear mechanism PT for distributing and transmitting the torque from an engine to a rotating electric machine MG1 and a distributing and outputting member 21 includes a lubricating oil supply unit 81 for supplying the lubricating oil to the planetary gear mechanism PT, and a torque limiter T having a pair of friction members 70, an urging member 72 for urging the pair of friction members 70 in the pressing direction, an outer side supporting member 74 for supporting one of the pair of friction members 70 from the outer side in the radial direction, and an inner side supporting member 76 for supporting the other of the pair of friction members 70 from the inner side in the radial direction. The torque limiter T is adjacent to the planetary gear mechanism PT and arranged coaxial to the planetary gear mechanism PT, and at least a part thereof overlaps the planetary gear mechanism PT in the axial direction on the outer side in the radial direction of the planetary gear mechanism PT.
