This hybrid driving device includes a gear mechanism 10 for distributively transmitting rotational power of an internal combustion engine 1 to a first motor generator 3 and a second motor generator 4, a first shaft 25 for transmitting the rotational power of the first motor generator 3, a rotary element 20, a second shaft 30 for transmitting rotational power of the rotary element 20 by reducing a speed, a third shaft 22 for transmitting the rotational power of the second shaft 30 by reducing a speed, a first power transmission switching mechanism 16 capable of switching to three states of a state of transmitting the rotational power of the second motor generator 4 to the rotary element 20 or the third shaft 22 and a nontransmission state, and a second power transmission switching mechanism 26 capable of switching to a state of transmitting the rotational power of the first shaft 25 to the second shaft 30 and a nontransmission state.
