To make both compatible in security of traction performance and restraint of partial abrasion of a shoulder land part, in use in a steering shaft.
A second cutout 34 of widening in an opening width toward the outside in the tire width direction, is arranged in an opening position to a shoulder main groove 22 (the outermost side main groove) of a second lateral groove 24 arranged in a second land part 16, and a shoulder cutout 40 opposed to the second cutout 34 on the extension line of the second lateral groove 24 and widening in an opening width toward the inside in the tire width direction, is arranged in the opening position to the shoulder main groove 22 (the outermost side main groove) of a shoulder lateral groove 30 arranged in a shoulder land part 18. The groove bottom 40A of the shoulder cutout 40 is set shallower than a groove bottom 34A of the second cutout 34, and the shoulder cutout 40 disappears earlier than the second cutout 34 while a tread part 12 is abraded.
