Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid-vehicular drive apparatus capable of balancing between suppression of power consumption from becoming excessive when an engine is started and suppression of variation in timing to connect a clutch.SOLUTION: A drive apparatus includes: a differential mechanism; first and second rotary machines connected to the differential mechanism; and an engine connected to a given rotary element of the differential mechanism via a clutch. Further, in the case of starting the engine from the state of the clutch being disengaged (Yes for S101), the apparatus executes torque control (S106, 107) for the first rotary machine and clutch, where, in the torque control, a torque instruction value Tg for the first rotary machine is on the basis of torque balancing with a torque instruction value Tclt given to the clutch and correction torque Tfor controlling the rotation speed of the given rotary element, with a value of the correction torque decreasing inversely with the rotation speed of the given rotary element at beginning of starting the engine.
