Ports P and R in a directional control valve 41 are connected to a tank 35 through a first passage 37 and second passage 39 and one ends of a third passage 51 and a fourth passage 53 are connected to ports A and B of the directional control valve. The other ends of the third passage 51 and a fourth passage 53 are connected to a rear cylinder room 27R and a front cylinder room 27F of a feed cylinder 27, and one end of a fifth passage 57 is connected to a first connecting section 55 provided on the way of the third passage, and the other end of the fifth passage is connected to a rear cylinder room 19R of a feed cylinder 19 and a throttle valve 59 is provided on the way of the third passage in the feed cylinder 27 side from the first connecting section. A third connecting section 65 is connected on the way of the third passage and the first passage on the feed cylinder 27 side from the throttle valve 59 and a pressure switch 67 is provided on the way of a sixth passage.
