Abstract:
PURPOSE: To simplify constitution by connecting a reverse clutch, PTO clutch, full turn clutch, etc., to a hydraulic circuit through a duty solenoid, controller, reverse control valve, PTO clutch control valve and a full turn control valve.
CONSTITUTION: On the halfway of a hydraulic circuit 17 reaching a lift control valve 15 and a horizontal control valve 16 via an oil hydraulic pump P, relief valve 13 and a sequence valve 14, hydraulic circuits 4 to 6 for a reverse control valve 10, PTO control valve 11 and a full turn control valve 12 are branched and connected via a pressure reducing valve 18 and a solenoid switching valve 19. Duty solenoids 7 to 9 are interposed in each hydraulic circuit 4 to 6. Each clutch 1 to 3 is controlled to be connected/disconnected by a pulse signal in accordance with duty ratio set and registered in a computer. A pressure of oil in each line is detected by hydraulic pressure sensors 23 to 25.
