Abstract:

PURPOSE: To achieve smooth movement of a spool to the set position by controlling deceleration through providing a positioner means and a relief portion composed of an input port of an electromagnetic valve and a metering orifice to one end of an amplified fluid channel for applying control amplification fluid pressure to both ends of the spool for distributing fluid.
CONSTITUTION: A positioner 33, which is communicated with an amplification channel via a channel 32 and permits and blocks the fluid flow between both ends of a spool in an amplification port 37, is provided in a cap body 31 at one end of a two-stage servo valve. A shut-off land 36 for opening and closing the amplification port 37 of a sleeve 34 is provided in the neighborhood of the end 35 of the positioner 33. When an electromagnetic valve 59 is demagnetized and the pressure in a conduit 58 is lowered, the fluid on a piston 40 flows out via a positioner zero orifice 41 and a positioner passage orifice 39, and the spool moves. The movement of the spool is decelerated by the effect of the orifice and becomes smooth.
