Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a method for producing a petroleum product, capable of efficiently controlling properties during production and capable of reducing the necessary tank number as a result and an apparatus for producing the petroleum product.
CONSTITUTION: A device 29 for measuring properties of a substrate and purification control means 31 are formed in a purification apparatus 16 and a device 32 for measuring an amount of the substrate and means 33 for measuring properties are formed in a substrate tank 17 and a flow rate controller 34 is equipped between the substrate tank 17 and a blend apparatus 18 and the device 35 for measuring properties of this product is connected through the blend control means 36 to the flow rate controller of the product and a device 37 for measuring properties of the product and a product-inspecting means 38 are formed in the product tank to constitute the objective apparatus for producing the petroleum product. In the blend step, a blend ratio is controlled based on measurement of properties of the product after blending.
