An intermediate member 85 of a damper mechanism 8 includes first and second intermediate plates 851, 852 juxtaposed and connected in the axial direction with a driven plate 82 disposed in between as an engaging part that engages with a second coil spring 84. A turbine runner 5 is fixed to the first intermediate plate 851, while a support member 101 of the centrifugal pendulum type vibration absorbing device 10 is fixed to the second intermediate plate 852 while being shifted in the radial direction to the fixing part of the turbine runner 5 and the first intermediate plate 851. In addition, on a damper hub 80 of the damper mechanism 8, a first aligning part 803 for aligning the turbine runner 5 is formed, and a second aligning part 804 for aligning the support member 101 of the centrifugal pendulum type vibration absorbing device 10 is formed being separated from the first aligning part 803 in the axial direction.
