Abstract:
To provide a hydrogen-permeable membrane having an excellent hydrogen permeability and high durability and its manufacturing method.
The hydrogen-permeable membrane has a hydrogen-permeable phase and a supporting phase supporting the hydrogen-permeable phase. The supporting phase has holes arranged almost in parallel with the direction of the thickness of the membrane, and the hydrogen-permeable phase is arranged inside the holes.
