Abstract:
To provide a hydrophilic composition that is useful for forming a hydrophilic film having excellent stain resistance, quick-drying property of water or the like, water resistance and rust prevention on a substrate surface, and a hydrophilic member having the hydrophilic film and excellent stain resistance, quick-drying property of water etc., improved water resistance and rust prevention.
The hydrophilic composition comprises a polymer containing a functional group having an interaction with a substrate and a surfactant and a surface free energy of a film of 75 mN/m when the film is formed on a substrate by using the hydrophilic composition.
