Abstract:
For the selective connection of conveying tracks which converge at a node point of a conveying system and have impact- and traction-driveable conveying chains, without reverse strand, running in chain channels, the invention proposes a switch in the form of a straight, rotatably mounted prism (21). This prism has on its lateral faces chain-channel parts (23', 23'') running in different directions. By rotating the prism (21) about its longitudinal mid-axis (22), that chain-channel part is positioned in the node point which produces the desired connection between the chain channel of a supply track and of a dispatch track.
